What is spiritual companioning?
You are on life’s journey. Your spirit is part of that journey. Everything you experience affects your spirit. Experiences may build you up. Experiences may tear you down. Keeping your spirit connected to the Divine – however you define it – is one way to find strength for the journey. Spiritual companioning is a way to acknowledge, nurture, and grow that connection.
In our sessions, you and I will greet the Divine, the Holy, and invite it into your thoughts and our dialogue. You will remind yourself that you are Spirit in a body for a reason. Our session is time dedicated to checking in with your spirit and asking what it needs to thrive in a world that all too often takes a toll on our spiritual health. It is a balm for the soul.
